I bought a piece of soft from this developer. It seemed to be not working at first glance. I wrote to support. I was surprised when I received a reply less than in 30 mins after my inquiry. The developer quickly identified that there was a compatibility issue with some of the other 3rd party addons installed on my cs-cart. The support team quickly implemented a solution to the issue with no extra charges. Now the software works fine.
So far, this was my best experience working with cs-cart developers and I had had experience buying soft from about 10 different developers. Fast replies and professionalism made LinkedWeb #1 for me.
