Use the "Multistatus: extra order statuses" add-on to expand the functionality of your online store. Create multistatuses for orders to optimize order processing - from the moment the order is placed to the completion of delivery.

Multistatuses can be assigned either automatically or manually, regardless of the main order status. This makes the order management process more efficient and convenient.

Automatic linking of multistatuses to orders

Create various events for automatically linking multistatuses to orders. The following fields are provided to configure this process:

  1. Order statuses: Define order statuses that will trigger an event when changed to them.
  2. Delete multistatuses: Specify multistatuses that will be automatically deleted when all event conditions are met.
  3. Add multi-statuses: Define multistatuses that will be automatically added when all event conditions are met.

Clarifying event conditions are also available:

  • User group.
  • Previous order status.
  • Order subtotal.
  • Payment method.
  • Shipping method.
  • Customer notes.
  • Event call location.
  • Company.

Flexible settings provide precise control over the process of automatically linking multi-statuses to orders according to your needs.

Manual control

Whether multi-status automation is configured or not, you can always assign or delete them manually. You just need to click on one of the current multistatuses of the order or the “+” button (Select multistatuses), check the ones you need and save.
