The Additional Shipping Calculation on the Product is an add-on that will help you give the visitor the shipping cost of a product, without even putting it in the cart or going to the checkout.
A new field appears in the product, immediately after installation, just below the options, from where the customer is immediately informed about the shipping. This indicative price is for shipping to the area of the company's headquarters.
Clicking the Change Shipping button opens a new window where the customer can enter his address, click calculate and see the available methods for this area at the appropriate cost, to choose the one that suits him best.
Also all the available shipping methods with their description and cost, are in a new Tab, to better inform the customer about any details or terms that apply.
In addition, if you choose a shipping method and place the product in the cart, the shipping cost is now displayed in the mini cart (usually dropdown on the top right), and in the cart screen and the cash register screen.
Of course, the customer at the checkout or in the cart can change the area and method of transport at any time and calculate the new cost.
Easy to install, from the Add-ons center. It works immediately without any adjustment as long as there are areas and shipping methods in the store.
