The Real-Time Chat add-on is a perfect tool for realtime messaging between customers and vendors.

If any question arises, it can be immediately addressed to the vendor. The vendor gets email notification and replies to the customer in order to answer the questions, dispel doubts or convince them. How it works
To start a conversation a customer needs to click the Contact vendor link on one of the following pages:
- on the product details page;
- on the order details page;
- on the vendor’s products list.
The vendor can also initiate a conversation with a customer on the order details page.
Communication is shown on a separate page.
Your customers will find it especially convenient to exchange messages from their mobile devices.
The number of unread messages is displayed in the profile.
All the unread messages can be seen on the Messages page.

Configuration of the add-on work on the server might be challenging, so we recommend purchasing our configuration service in addition to the add-on.
Note that technical characteristics and configurations of servers may vary and directly depend on the company providing the hosting services, so add-on installation and setting up the server configuration are guaranteed only for Simtech Development hosting.
In other cases, we do assure you that we will make every effort to configure and install the add-on. But we do not take responsibility in situations when, after the work on configuring the server done, it was not possible to achieve the proper operation of the add-on because of the action or inaction of third parties, including the hosting provider.
