When changing to certain order statuses, do you need to provide a reason for the changes? The "Reason for status change" add-on will allow you to organize more efficient order management, making it possible to indicate the reason for the change in order status. The reason for the status change is visible both in the admin panel and on the storefront. By additionally setting up email notifications, the reason can also be sent in a letter. In the settings, you can select both the statuses from which the change will take place, and the statuses to which the change will take place. To change the order status to the statuses specified in the add-on settings, you must fill in the reason field, otherwise the order status will remain the same.
