SEO Auditor is the crawler created for CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor platforms to scan the store, inspect the links, audit key elements and monitor pages statuses and important parameters. SEO Auditor enables you to analyze your current technical SEO state and make amendments to improve store ranking, user experience and load speed.

Works with multiple storefronts

The add-on works for unlimited storefronts within one CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor license.

No scan limit

Unlike other solutions on the Internet, the add-on has not limit in respect of scanned URLs.

Multitasking

The add-on can perform multiple scans simultaneously. But make sure your server can hold your appetite.

Single management panel

All tasks are displayed and can be managed from one panel. You can schedule scans, set the number of URLs to scan per step and balance the load of your server.

Installing and setting up the add-on

• Download the archive file and install the add-on.
• The minimum version required is 4.6.1

You can create a task for running the SEO audit right in the admin panel. Use the Cron to start the audit process.

Cron

In the add-on settings panel, you can configure and schedule the Cron job.

Set up the Cron to run the URL address every 5 minutes.

If you have CS-Car with multiple storefronts, you need to configure the Cron for each storefront.

You need to adjust the schedule of the tasks according to the number of the storefronts you have and the capacity of your server. For example, if you have three storefronts, you need to schedule the tasks to run at intervals of every three-five minutes. If your server is under high load, the intervals should be longer.

If you want to delay the bots to start crawling the site pages, you can enable the “Crawl delay” parameter and set the delay time (in milliseconds).

The “Number URLs per step” parameter specilfies the number of pages the Cron should process every time it starts.

Working with the add-on

Audit tasks page

After you have installed the add-on, a new page will be created in the admin panel of the store, the SEO Audit page. It will contain the list of audit tasks and their statuses.

Click on the audit task name to see the list of URLs being checked and the tasks statuses.

On this page, you can see a detailed report on the result of the page check.

You also have an option to start a process for rechecking the page after you made some changes to it.
