About 70% of customers add the product into the cart or wishlist but don't place the order for some reason. The Abandoned cart and Wishlist reminder add-on is used to bring such customers back and persuade to complete the order. Using this add-on the administrator can send e-mail reminder notifications to registered customer with abandoned cart, place special offers for customers who are about to leave the store with some product in the cart. The extended list of available reminder types allows to send special notifications to inactive users or make special birthday discount proposal.
