Abandoned Cart and Wishlist Reminder

Configure reminder notifications and send them to customers that left the items in their cart or wishlist and left the store.
The last supported version is CS-Cart 4.9.1. We do not plan to update this add-on. The functionality of the Abandoned cart and Wishlist reminder was extended and moved to Extended Email Marketing add-on.

Select the CS-Cart edition on which you will use the add-on.
The update period determines the period of time when you can get access to the new versions of this add-on compatible with the new versions of CS-Cart software released during the chosen period.
To instal the add-on, we will need the FTP access to your server. Please send it along with the order number to sales@cart-power.com once the order is paid.

About 70% of customers add the product into the cart or wishlist but don't place the order for some reason. The Abandoned cart and Wishlist reminder add-on is used to bring such customers back and persuade to complete the order. Using this add-on the administrator can send e-mail reminder notifications to registered customer with abandoned cart, place special offers for customers who are about to leave the store with some product in the cart. The extended list of available reminder types allows to send special notifications to inactive users or make special birthday discount proposal. General Features:

  • ability to create as many reminders as necessary;
  • ability to set different period for each reminder;
  • ability to send copies of notifications to the specified e-mails in the settings of the add-on;
  • ability to delete old abandoned carts automatically in [X] days;
  • ability to send reminders manually;
  • logging of all sent reminders;
  • ability to create special abandoned cart promotion (instant offer) that will be offered to customers who are about to leave the store from any page (!new);
  • ability to use placeholders in the e-mail body that will be replaced to the real info: %customer_firstname%, %Products block%, etc.;
  • ability to create unique placeholders for products (!new);
  • ability to display all viewed products in the special floating section on the top (!new);
  • ability to send e-mails with viewed products list to specified e-mail in the storefront (!new);
  • ability to send e-mails with viewed products list to specified e-mail in a few days after visiting (!new);
  • ability to keep information about viewed products for several days (!new);
  • ability to send e-mail reminders to registered customers who didn't visit store for certain period (!new);
  • ability to send e-mails with a unique promo-code to the customers who have a birthday soon (!new);
  • automatic generation of coupon codes for each e-mail notification (!new);
  • ability to set period of sending not only in days but also in hours (!new).
After add-on installation you will be able to place the notifications in the cart page of your store and send notifications to your registered customers with unfinished orders.

Хороший модуль.
Хотелось бы, чтобы сообщение о незавершенной покупке появлялось на любой странице, если товар добавлен в корзину, а пользователь захотел выйти с сайта. Разработчики обещали добавить такую возможность к 1-му апреля.
И не хватает русского языка. Модуль установил, а все на английском. Хотя разработчики, кажется, русские. Вроде все понятно в настройках, но хотелось бы, чтобы все-таки был русский.
В остальном, модуль достойный. И видно, что разработчики - профессионалы. Покупкой доволен!
