No more difficulties with choosing a seller or evaluating the quality of service! Thanks to our add-on, customers can easily leave feedback and evaluate the seller's work, and sellers and administrators can quickly respond to them. This creates an atmosphere of transparency and trust, making the buying and selling process comfortable and enjoyable for all parties. Reviews and dialogues help to make informed decisions, strengthen the store's reputation and increase customer satisfaction. Functionality
In the add-on settings, it is necessary to specify at which order status customers can evaluate the seller's work according to various parameters.
A button to leave a review about the seller appears in the order details:
A link to the seller's reviews and rating appears in the product card:
The seller's information page displays the customer's feedback and the seller's response:
Sellers also have the ability to edit the review and respond to it.
Customers can leave a complaint about the seller's response, if necessary.
