When I saw this addon at first time, I thought that this would be a great solution to manage the order process of shippment. However when you start to use it, you will notice that it cant be used in a real website. Just to know the main problems:

1- Lack of Delivery Confirmation besided mail delivery: There isnt a way to customers to confirm delivery if not through e-mail. There isnt even a simple button in the frontend where customers can confirm the order delivery. We all know how e-mails are not reliable.
2- Any user can confirm a delivery: The major flaw in my opinion that make this addon not usable. Any user can confirm the delivery if they know the URL and is really simple to know what is the URL confirmation. A malicious vendor can confirm the delivery by the customer.
3- Dont use CS Cart Mail Template: The e-mail of confirmation is ugly and doesnt use the default mail template from CS Cart.
