Extension to CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor allows you to integrate your store with SmartSupp chat. Your customers will be able to send questions every day, every time, from anywhere. Adding WWW chat to your website will increase customers safisfaction, and also amount of sales. Chat can be also used as technical help.
We start from installing a module:
After creating account in SmartSupp service, we receive a key that we type in add-on configuration:
Vendors in Multi-Vendor stores can use their own SmartSupp keys. It allows customers to contact with vendor from his product card or mini-store. To set up the key, go to Vendors->Vendors, choose vendor and open Add-ons tab.
Chat field should appear as shown on screen below:
When customer clicks chat, a communication field appears:
Add-on also allows enabling chat for vendors in administration panel of Multi-Vendor store, for example if vendor need administrator's help in configuration. To let vendor use chat, a special checkbox must be ticked:
Chat in vendor panel appears in bottom right corner:
