UVdesk – CS-Cart Free Helpdesk Ticket System integrates the UVdesk system to your CS-Cart store. This add-on allows store visitors or registered users to create tickets regarding their queries from the frontend itself. All the tickets can be viewed in the customer account at your storefront under the UVdesk Tickets option available in My Account section. Admin can easily manage the tickets from CS-Cart back-end as well as from UVdesk portal.

A ticketing system keeps the Records of previous communications with each customer. This is extremely convenient for the support team, as all the information they need to deal effectively with staff and customers is kept in one convenient location and they can handle it in that place from start to finish.

Now you can integrate UVdesk help-desk cloud Support service with your CS-Cart.

Add-on Configuration

After successful installation, the admin can easily configure the UVDesk add-on directly from the CS-Cart backend. The admin needs to enter the UVDesk Access Token and UVDesk Company Domain for successful integration with the UVDesk helpdesk system.

The add-on configuration allows seamless communication between CS-Cart and UVDesk for customer ticket management and support operations.

Create Support Ticket from Storefront

Customers can create support tickets directly from the storefront by entering ticket details such as customer information, ticket type, subject, message, and attachments.

Manage Customer Support Tickets

Customers can view all created support tickets from the ticket listing section. The ticket list displays ticket status, assigned agents, timestamps, and available ticket actions.

Ticket Conversation and Replies

Customers and support agents can communicate directly through the ticket conversation section. The add-on also supports ticket replies and attachment sharing.

UVDesk Ticket Management Dashboard

The admin can manage all support tickets directly from the UVDesk dashboard. Tickets can be assigned to agents, prioritized, and monitored efficiently.
