Well, I don't like writing reviews positive or negative but I could not ignore my issue with Webkul. I purchased an addon that was stated as compatible with my version of CSC. The addon failed miserably and crashed my site. I provided ftp, admin access and everything required to fix my issue promptly. Over the course of app 3 weeks, Webkul accessed my site and made changes that were not appropriate to the operation of my site. Basicilly, things were changed that affected our customers. They demonstrated poor knowledge of CSC and of their addon. I finally gave up and asked for a refund 3 times, yes 3 times. Still no refund and they still want access to my site to play around and fix their issues. At this point they should be fixing it on their server. The addon crashed so badly that I am certain it does not work for them. The addon is a payment gateway that they obviously do not have the credentials to test on their own. Sorry, I was a guinea pig for a couple weeks. Responses were slow and communication was redundant. They always had the necessary info but dragged their feet way too long.
