We regret, that we could not find mutual understanding with your side, but we are forced to answer that some of the information from your review is untrue. Reviews are not the best place to settle accounts and open information, that may be personal to you, but we have to answer, as some users may get a wrong impression about our products and us as a development team.
I did a little investigation on your information and I want to give an explanation for each item from the review
1) you were really denied further service due to inadequate and indecent communication form with developers (I will not publish all the unpleasant words, that you wrote and their form, but we always refuse to serve customers, who are inadequate)
2) regarding your support requests - you received a reaction to each of them and individual solutions in your installation (moreover, when the situation became conflicting with you directly (outside the technical support ticket system) the manager of the development team spoke (you were immediately compensated for points, which were written off by solving problems due to CS-Cart updates), with which you kept the same unacceptable communication style
3) we returned the funds for all those orders, that could be canceled for the period of your claim (you forgot to specify it), yes, indeed, the orders, that you made almost a year ago and successfully used solutions and updates, remained active (we did not cancel them ) - this is fully consistent with our returns policy, which you agreed with, when placing an order.
At the same time, we really misled you in terms of updating the theme with a patch in the documentation, on this issue we admit our guilt and apologize. We concluded: from the next update, the theme and all modules will be updated via the CS-Cart update center (similar to the CS-Cart platform update scheme), that is, at the touch of a button.
