We start from installing an extension:

In add-on configuration we can choose where vendor should be redirected after creating his account in marketplace.

No matter which option has been chosen in configuration, each vendor created in store will be auto-accepted and his vendor admin account will be created. An e-mail is also sent, which contains information about successful registration and access data to vendor panel.

Another MUST have addon from these guys. I recommend to use it as will save vendors and yours time. A lot of vendors goes away as need to wait approve or not coming back after late approve. This addon sort this out. Vendor after registration can start straight away work with shop and upload a products. Thanks.
