How does it work?

Upon completing an order at the business's eShop, the customer selects the IRIS Payments service as the payment method. The process for payment via IRIS Payments includes the following steps:

1. Service selection: At the completion of the order, the customer selects the IRIS Payments service as the payment method through the merchant's online space.
2. Creation of QR Code or bank selection: The customer chooses to create a QR code for scanning by their mobile banking app or selects their bank to be transferred to the secure environment of the bank's e-banking.
3. Login to e-banking: The customer logs into their bank's environment and, after a secure connection, is informed about the payment details.
4. Payment approval: By giving their approval, the customer makes the payment with a credit transfer from their bank account.
5. Completion of payment: After the payment is completed, the customer automatically returns to the business's eShop, where the transaction completion message is displayed.
