It is vitally important to answer your customers' questions. You can hire some people to answer the same-type questions by phone or e-mail. But it is much easier to create the special FAQ page in your store. The Power FAQ add-on enables such pages creation.

In addition to usual FAQ pages the Power FAQ module adds an opportunity to use more than 600 Font Awesome icons for the sections and questions. The icons help to differentiate sections and answers.

Also, the navigation can be simplified via built-in FAQ search functionality and the special anchor system. The anchor links lead from any page to the specific question of FAQ page.

The questions and sections can be also displayed in the blocks on any storefront pages. On the product page the FAQ is available in the special tab.

So i thought I will never write any review about any of the add on guys here but looks like I dont have any choice. Point is if we do business with the add-on providers we atleast expect answers to basic issues which are raised during the testing of the add on. The merchant or business owners job is to get back to you and resolve it but I dont think this is what i am getting here.

To keep this matter short, can someone from the cart-power get back to me reagrding the bug I raised during the power blog testing. Please imrove your support because this is not acceptable. I am going to write review about other add on as well since I didnt hear back from them from last 3 weeks.

Awesome. Does everything we need and then some. Looks great, and is easy to use. I especially love that it has a search and you can link directly to questions and answers from email or a ticketing system.

This has replaced our support portal in our helpdesk system :)
