Customer care hours

What is included in this service:

Service includes setting up the store and filling it with your content. It is everything that can be done via the CS-Cart administrator panel, for example:

  • Setting up payment and shipping methods
  • Setting up rate areas and taxes according to the technical task
  • Setting up the fields mapping for products import
  • Store design configuration  using default CS-Cart tools (layout editor, theme editor, custom css)
  • Third-party themes and add-ons installation
  • Filling the store with your content (blocks content, translations, terms and conditions)
  • Transferring data from one store to another using import/export tool
  • Communication with developers of third-party add-ons and communication with your hosting technical support

How do we communicate?

We offer communication in Telegram, Skype, via email or in the HelpDesk.

What is not included in this service?

Bug fixing and development of third-party themes and add-ons

Complex changes in store design which will require code modifications

Server setup (we have a specific service for it)

Why is this a separate service?

As a part of this service we configure your store in accordance with the technical task, using the default CS-Cart functionality and communicating online in a messenger. As a part of the regular technical support we help to solve issues related to CS-Cart, but we do not set up the client's store and communicate only via the Help Desk.

The procedure for providing the service:

After the purchase we will contact you via HelpDesk using the email you left in your order. Then we will choose a convenient communication channel for further conversation and discuss the required task.

Our engineer will start working and communicating with you in the selected communication channel.

Please note that the communication in the Help Desk will be provided in the regular  queue order. Only the answers in the selected messenger will be provided as soon as possible.
